All prices exclude VAT. Off-Peak pricing is banded by guest count. Peak pricing is a flat rate up to 200 guests.

Guest cap: Peak rates apply for bookings up to a maximum of 200 guests. Larger events are not accepted under these rates.
No large tents / no extra capacity tenting: We do not permit large tents or tenting solutions intended to increase guest capacity beyond venue limits.
VAT: All prices listed exclude VAT. VAT will be added on invoicing where applicable.

    Terms & Conditions (summary)

    The below is a practical summary for planner bookings. Full terms are provided on confirmation.

    Season definitions

    • Off-Peak: Jan 2026 – 31 Aug 2026 (tiered by guest band)
    • Peak: 1 Sep 2026 – 31 Dec 2026 (flat rate up to 200 guests)
    • Public holidays: Treated as Friday/Sunday pricing (both seasons).
    • All prices exclude VAT.

    Capacity & tenting

    • Maximum guest count: 200 guests.
    • No large tents / no extra capacity tenting to add additional guests.

    Booking & payment

    • Full payment is required upon booking to secure the date.
    • No pay = not booked. The date is only reserved once payment reflects.
    • We remove the date from the calendar once paid.

    Refunds / postponements / cancellations

    • No refunds under any circumstances.
    • No postponements. The booking is tied to the paid date.
    • No cancellation policy beyond the no-refund rule.
    • Weather, client changes, engagement/cancellation, illness, death, or any other reason does not affect the venue booking.

    Time rules (all events)

    • All events must end at 22:00 (music off 21:45).
    • Additional time may be approved and billed only when there is no back-to-back booking.

    Single-event days (Mon–Fri, Sun, Public Holidays)

    • Access: 07:00 – 00:00
    • Event must end: 22:00
    • Breakdown: 22:00 – 00:00 (vacate by 00:00)

    Saturday split structure

    • Morning/Lunch: Setup access 03:00, event ends 15:00, breakdown 15:00–16:00, vacate 16:00.
    • Dinner: Setup team arrival 14:00, setup begins 15:00 (overlap allowed), event ends 22:00, breakdown 22:00–00:00, vacate 00:00.

    Breakages deposit

    • R5,000 deposit required for planner bookings.
    • Refundable after the event subject to inspection.
    • Regular planners may keep the deposit on account and request a refund when they stop using the venue.

    Preferred Planner Program

    • Preferred status applies while the R5,000 deposit remains on account.
    • Priority allocations and inclusion on the preferred list may apply for regular planners.
